In Alabama Hunting and Fishing Digest, Alabama Department of Conservation’s yearly magazine, ADCNR lists the new fees for hunting and fishing licenses for Alabama residents. Overall, there is a minimal increase in hunting and fishing licenses. Hunting licenses for All Game will go from $25.55 to $25.75, an increase of tenty cents. Fishing licenses will increase ten cents from $12.75 to $12.85
Perhaps the biggest difference comes in two portions. Residents who apply for fur catcher license pay $21.05, as opposed to the $8.40. Also disabled veterans will be able to prove 100% disability to receive the full discount to pay $3.05 for hunting license, where in the past the only benefit was a $13.30 license for veteran’s.
Non-residents visiting our state will notice a slight increase in fees as well.
